**Job Description**:
We’re looking for a Regional Wellness Lead to join the Sodexo team in a permanent, full-time position working FIFO 9 days on 5 days off roster.
As the Regional Wellness Lead your role is to manage and oversee a regional wellness program professionally, confidently, and with constant enthusiasm to maintain your reputation and that of the company, working alongside the operations and HSE team, you will ensure that key company
- and client-driven OHS programs are implemented.
This position will be responsible for Ensuring that the programming, service and quality standards are following the IFMS Wellness Operations Management Plan and are consistently and constantly maintained across Sodexo’s IFMS sites portfolio. The Regional Wellness Lead will spend most of their time in the field, visiting sites, conducting training, creating team culture and accountability, and building the relationships required on the front-line level and providing SME support to sites across their regions experiencing service, quality or satisfaction issues and follow up through resolutions.

**The Regional Wellness Lead responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
**Customer/ Client Satisfaction**:
- Working with the site-based Wellness Advisors to ensure the delivery of quality programming and service standards
- Resolving all issues raised by site-based Wellness Teams and Client Representatives regarding service delivery
- Regular inspections of site program standards and compliance, asset management, wellness audits
- Implementation of all Wellness program innovations created by Health & Wellness Management.
- Responsible for mobilisations of new team members to site.
**Operational Excellence**:
- Ensuring sites receive program resources as required and fit for purpose
- Fostering and maintaining a strong rapport with staff and managers at all levels.
- Leading and role modelling behaviours reflect a commitment to Sodexo’s values and foster a culture that leverages diversity benefits.
- Weekly/Monthly/quarterly performance monitoring and reporting
- Provide expertise and assistance for new starters and sites experiencing service, quality or satisfaction issues.
**Program Development**:
- Attend monthly alignment meetings with the National Wellness and Digital Platform Manager, IFMS Health & Wellness Manager and Operational Managers. Track and resolve site quality or satisfaction issues, and assist with developing Wellness program collateral, initiatives, concepts and ideas that support customer engagement.
- Develop a training and upskilling strategy for Wellness Advisors utilising the Perth Support Centre as a centre for excellence.
**Culture, Diversity & Inclusion**
- Assist with developing recruitment and onboarding strategy, which promotes diversity, inclusion and excellence to drive employee attraction and retention
- To evaluate and develop the IFMS Health & Wellness Strategy which provides a consist offer at all Sodexo remote sites.
**Main Accountabilities**:
- Quality, health, safety, environmental and compliance targets are met or exceeded.
- Customer satisfaction and engagement targets are met or exceeded.
- Wellness Teams are regularly coached to maximise their performance, with reviews completed on time and high standards.
- Ensuring the ‘Wellness’ brand remains the preeminent and most identifiable on-site Health & Wellness service offering within the IFMS Rio Tinto Contract.
- Maximise service provisions and relevant facility usage to satisfy user demand and ensure user satisfaction;
- Develop and build the Wellness Program to ensure they meet Key Performance Indicators, and a clear strategy is implemented for each respected program to ensure continuity and growth.
**Qualifications**:
**To be successful, you’ll need**:
- Tertiary Qualification preferable (Exercise Science or Related Field)
- Cert III & IV Health and Fitness
- 3 years in a Leadership role
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- 3 years of minimum exposure to remote site health promotion
- Has broad and deep internal Sodexo networks to leverage upon and solve issues and incidents raised through the Site Wellness Teams.
- Excellent leadership and motivational skills
- Ability to lead and take responsibility for all Health & Lifestyle issues on a sub-regional basis
- Ability and experience in delivering a variety of Group Fitness classes
