Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our inventory management efforts. The Regional Inventory Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective inventory strategies that drive business results.

This role requires a strong understanding of supply chain principles, including inventory optimization, forecasting, and logistics. The successful candidate will have experience in leading high-performing teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

The Regional Inventory Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations. This includes collaborating with suppliers, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and analyzing data to inform business decisions.

  2. Leadership: Proven experience in building high-performing teams, including recruitment, coaching, and performance management.
  3. Strategic Thinking: Ability to formulate strategies that drive commercial value and supplier efficiency.
  4. Regional Expertise: Familiarity with state-specific regulations, supplier networks, and logistics.
  5. Lean Principles: Strong knowledge of Lean methodologies (e.g., 5S) and a history of driving continuous improvement.
  6. Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and warehouse management software for forecasting and trend identification.
  7. Communication Skills: Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  8. Collaboration: A collaborative mindset to work cross-functionally and ensure seamless supply chain operations.
