**About the Role**

VenuesWest is seeking an experienced contract manager to join our Contracts and Procurement team. The Contract Manager (Co-Management) negotiates and develops contracts and agreements for co-managed and leased venues. The role is responsible for providing contractual advice and ensures the delivery and day to day management of objectives under such contracts. The role is responsible for proactively working with the co-managers to maximise the safety and operational performance of the co-managed venues.

This is a full time, permanent opportunity. Whilst the position will be based at HBF Stadium in Mount Claremont, mobility may be required between the portfolio of facilities.

**About the Person**

To be successful in this role, you will need previous experience in managing commercial contracts. This position requires advanced communication, negotiation skills, and the capacity to establish and nurture relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
