**About the Role**

VenuesWest is seeking an experienced change management professional to join our Business Support Services team. Reporting to the Director Business Support Services, the Manager Change plans and facilitates business changes in response to new opportunities, projects and technologies to enable our stakeholders to understand implications and successfully implement change. The role supports continuous improvement activities across multiple projects throughout the organization.

The position provides support and expert advice to senior leaders and Executive to facilitate change management throughout the organisation and develops end to end change management plans and approaches.

Whilst the position will be based at HBF Stadium in Mount Claremont, mobility may be required between the portfolio of facilities.
