Due to rapid growth and expansion we have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Website Merchandiser to join our E-commerce team working across our AUS & US websites. **Responsibilities**:

- Daily Product Uploading, ensuring all products are uploaded into Shopify with the correct information
- Reviewing images/content across the site to ensure White Fox are always looking amazing and relevant and there are zero mistakes
- Writing accurate and informative product descriptions
- Maintain site product categorisation, sub-categories and collections to ensure accuracy & increase conversion
- Creating new categories on the website and populating with relevant styles
- Working closely with buyers to manage the process between the arrivals of stock to warehouse and online publication
- Managing and organising samples to use for descriptions from our Design and Buying Teams
- Ensuring all website product merchandising aligns with the marketing calendar to increase sales, conversion and brand aesthetic
- Review and proof all online written content and ensure this is kept up to date
- Monitor the website for operational issues and troubleshoot
- Work directly with the e-commerce team & website developers on the maintenance and development of our AU & US sites to deliver an exceptional online experience through UX, initiatives & SEO optimisation

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in fashion preferred, however raw talent, attitude and skills are always highly valued
- Great problem solving skills & the ability to think quickly and troubleshoot technical problems
- Extremely strong grammar skills
- Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail required for this role
- Ability to self manage, show initiative and effectively meet and exceed deadlines
- Shopify Plus knowledge strongly preferred
- Passion for e-commerce & fashion
