What is the role?
We’re looking for a Retail Operations Specialist to join our Brisbane Head Office
In this role you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and improving efficiencies across our retail store network. Collaborating closely with store teams, support functions, and leadership, this role focuses on implementing operational improvements, streamlining processes, and ensuring consistent execution of company standards.
What You’ll be doing
**As our Retail Operations Specialist you’ll**:

- Develop, implement, and monitor operational standards and best practices across the retail store network.
- Identify and analyse operational inefficiencies and recommend actionable solutions to drive improvements in productivity, cost management, and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of store operations to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and performance metrics.
- Lead initiatives to streamline store processes and workflows, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience while maintaining high operational standards.
- Collaborate with store managers to identify and eliminate bottlenecks in daily operations, reducing time waste and optimizing staff utilization.
- Introduce innovative technologies or tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the store network.
- Design and deliver training programs on operational procedures, systems, and best practices for retail teams.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to store leadership on operational improvements and the successful implementation of new initiatives.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence within the store network.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to store operations and productivity, providing regular reports and insights to senior leadership.
- Analyse sales, inventory, and operational data to identify trends, forecast needs, and recommend process adjustments for improved performance.
- Support the development of actionable business intelligence by leveraging data-driven insights to inform operational strategies.
- Provide hands-on support to retail teams for troubleshooting operational issues and resolving any challenges impacting store performance.
- Act as a liaison between retail stores and corporate teams, ensuring smooth communication of operational needs, challenges, and solutions.
