**About the Role**
You will lead web and phone discovery sessions and showcase our industry-leading solutions to potential specifiers, builders, and installers in a wide range of markets and industries (Don’t worry They’ll train you on this). Sales opportunities will be given to you daily.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Achieve sales growth by presenting our current products and services to both existing and new customers.
- Foster strong, mutually beneficial relationships with key personnel within each account.
- Identify opportunities for organic growth by cross selling our solutions and products.
- Lead discovery sessions over the phone or web that demonstrate how our solutions add value. Often this includes helping prospects scope requirements and indicative budget pricing for the project at hand.
- Manage the sales pipeline from opportunity to close and follow up outstanding quotes and orders.

**Skills and Experience**
- Because the role is office-based, if you don’t like talking on the phone, this isn’t the position for you.
- Enthusiastically articulating the benefits of our solutions will quickly become second nature. A love of architectural design is a must. Previous experience selling in a related industry (construction, interior design, real estate) will be very helpful.
- 2-3 years B2B selling experience is preferred. They will provide full training and ongoing support.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
