We are currently seeking a motivated, enthusiastic salesperson to join our Statewide Bearings team in Smithfield
In your role as an Internal Sales team member, you will be responsible for promoting the full range of SWB Group products and services while providing an exceptional level of customer service and satisfaction to all SWB customers and internal stakeholders.
This is a full-time position that offers excellent career prospects working alongside a highly motivated team.
As an Internal Sales team member, you will report to the Smithfield Branch Manager and play a vital role in our internal sales operations.
This position offers an attractive salary and bonus package.
Key Responsibilities
Front counter sales.
Manage all internal sales enquiries from customers (telephone and email).
Processing orders accurately and efficiently.
Providing exceptional customer service both in-store and over the phone.
Develop strong relationships with customers and demonstrate how we can add value to their business.
Fulfilling customer requirements through picking and packing.
Assisting with general warehouse duties as needed.
Working with the team to ensure accuracy and our high standards of service are maintain, while complying with our OH&S policies.
To be successful in the role the applicant will need
Strong numeracy & literacy skills.
Computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office.
Mechanical aptitude.
Proactive, self – motivated, highly organised with excellent time management skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work as a part of a team.
Have the desire to develop your current knowledge and skills.
An ability to engage with people and build rapport.
Driven to meet sales targets and work in a highly successful team.
A strong customer service focus.
Previous experience in the bearing or similar sale, trade or customer service would be most valuable but not essentials as full training will be provided.
