**This is the perfect role for you.**You don’t need prior experience; we’ll provide you with all the necessary training. All you need to bring is a **positive attitude and a willingness to learn.**

In this **office-based internal sales role**, you will be the **first point of contact for customers**, working closely with internal teams and Account Managers. You’ll be responsible for **selling structural steel to our customers.**

**What you will be responsible for**:

- Maintaining and delivering a high level of customer service with a focus on Sales
- Processing general phone and face to face sales enquiries
- Preparing sales quotes and orders
- Follow up on active quotes and assist in building a pipeline of work
- Process quotes for basic saw cutting
- Contributing to the overall Health and Safety of the site

**Please note, as health & safety is important to us, you will be asked to complete a pre-employment drug screen if you are to be successful.**

**Requirements**:

- **Monday to Friday 830am - 5pm**:

- Knowledge of or experience in the steel or construction industry is preferred.
- Previous customer service and Sales experience
- Ability to work independently and part of the team
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge around reading fabrication drawings would be highly regarded but not essential
- Intermediate computer skills
