About the role
Our Career Medical Officer’s (CMO’s) work closely with Visiting Medical Officer’s (VMO’s) across a range of specialities and are responsible for managing and delivering the efficient, safe and professional clinical care of patients within Calvary Bruce Privates facilities.
About You
You will be able to demonstrate your skills and clinical knowledge to manage a broad spectrum of presentations including medical, surgical and mental health patients..
**Mandatory**:
Full registration as a Medical Practitioner with AHPRA.
Postgraduate experience commensurate at a minimum of RMO year 2 (post graduate year 3 or 4)
Ability to work a 24/7 shift work roster.
Commitment to ethical practice.
Demonstrated skills and clinical knowledge to manage a broad spectrum of presentations including medical, surgical and mental health patients.
Superior interpersonal, consultation, negotiation and communication skills.
COVID-19 vaccination is a mandatory requirement unless assessed exempt.
**Highly desirable**:
Demonstrated ability to contribute to the general management of a clinical unit in a customer focused environment, including the ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
