Bar Lourinha is a well established bar dining restaurant with over 17 years in the business. A leader in bar dining headed by owner and head chef Matthew McConnell who is well respected by the hospitality industry. Our shared menu and lust for European dining is inspired by shared travel stories, family history and a love of eating at the bar.

You must have excellent knowledge & passion for mediterranean cuisine, wine & dining culture. You must be a wizz behind the bar & lust for well made classic cocktails. European and local wine knowledge, experience and passion essential. Must enjoy Mediterranean flavours and be excited by hand picked local farmer produce.

You must love a lively dining space, working in a team and don't shy away from challenges at work. Must be a strong communicator able to be directed and direct when required. Bar Lourinha has a unique service style so we require a flexible creative professional.
We want a strong enthusiastic individual with drive and ambition.

Proven history working in one hat restaurant ,or equivalent, environment essential. Must be supported by references.

Be supported by a close professional team, that enables personal growth and development. Be awarded for outstanding achievements with in the company and with in well respected media platforms.

Genuine references of prior experiences are essential & must be documented.

Certificate of RSA is compulsory.
