**Job Summary**:
Provides immediate supervision to a unit or group of employees. Assigns tasks and monitors work at frequent intervals. Maintains schedules and workflow of the team.

**Responsibilities**

**Management**
- Provides immediate supervision to semi-skilled support team members. Assigns tasks and monitors work at frequent intervals. Maintains schedules and workflow of the team.- Manages personnel details to include salaries, positioning, hire/fire, reviews, coaching, and training.

**Project / Infrastructure Site Management**
- Plans, coordinates, budgets, and implements resources to complete projects and maintenance within the data centers. Executes specified routine tasks. Meets unit targets typically against a weekly plan.
- Provides input and guidance towards budget.
- Overall site capacity supervision.

**Vendor Management**
- Oversees contractor work and operations to ensure completion of Equinix's required standards.

**Testing**
- Assists with start-up tests, documenting and reporting all problems

**Incident Management**
- Communicates and coordinates activities and on-site staff during an incident

**Typical Degree & Years of Experience**
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience or equivalent work experience (5+). Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
