A global professional services organisation based in the CBD, with a great culture, are looking for a credit controller to join them on a permanent basis. Global brand, exceptional manager and leadership team.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced credit controller with a minimum of 3 years' experience, to step into a position where you will be working in a dynamic credit function. This is a permanent opportunity to work in an excellent brand, with a supportive manager and mentor, and with WFH flexibility.

Responsibilities of the role include:

- Manage customer accounts within agreed terms.
- Dealing with queries.
- Reconciliations.
- Internal and external customer relationship management.
- Banking and Allocations.
- Investigation and resolve issues
- Other tasks related to collections and administration within a credit department

To be successful in this role you will have proven experience in a similar position for at least 2-3 years. Legal experience is highly desirable as is professional services or consulting.

You will also have excellent time management and communication skills, have a high level of accuracy and good attention to detail. You will have a proven track record at building relationships and collecting aged debt.
