**HSE Advisor** to join their existing team.
As an HSE Advisor, reporting to our client's HSE Manager, you will play a crucial role in implementing and maintaining HSE requirements across diverse project sites. Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with legislative, statutory, client, and internal HSE standards. Your expertise will contribute to fostering a culture of safety and excellence within the organisation.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with project teams to establish and enforce site-specific HSE requirements.
Maintain accurate HSE statistics and provide reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
Conduct HSE inspections, audits, and provide training to ensure compliance.
Promote hazard identification and control measures in the workplace.
Drive goals to meet Health, Safety, and Environmental KPIs.
Manage emergency procedures, fire safety arrangements, and policies.
Investigate workplace incidents, providing recommendations for prevention.
**Qualifications**:
Cert IV OR Diploma in Work Health and Safety
3+ years' experience in a similar role in the Mining Construction industry.
OHS Construction Card.
Current Provide First Aid & CPR Training, or willingness to obtain.
Minimum "C" class driver license.
Rio Tinto, BHP or FMG experience ideally but not essential.
This role will be working on a 8/6 roster from Perth. Our client is happy to look at contract / hourly rate or permanent placements. Hourly rate $70 - $85 per hour plus super DOE, permanent salary $150k - $170k plus super DOE.
