**DESCRIPTION OF ROLE**

The HSE Advisor is responsible for assisting the Project HSE Manager in the

implementation of the Project HSE program that will provide an incident and

injury free working environment.

The HSE Advisor will be responsible for supporting delivery of Packages and

Scopes of Work as defined by the Project HSE Manager.

All personnel are expected to contribute to creating a positive HSEQ culture

within Subsea 7 and ensure familiarity with and adherence to local HSEQ codes

and practices.

**POSITION OVERVIEW**

Generic Key Responsibilities & Activities:

- Support a positive HSE culture and behavior across Subsea 7 and the
- Project, particularly within their sphere of influence
- Champion the Project 7 Safe P Critical Safety Behaviors Programmed, setting the tone and leading by example
- Contribute to the functional strategies and plans
- Responsible for the efficient, timely, accurate, and cost-effective
- Management and delivery of the function's activities within the designated area of responsibility
- Aligns Company HSE Plan, objectives, and systems with project requirements
- Partner with senior managers to maintain positive client relations
- Supports project leadership in implementing the management system
- Responsible for the coordination, preparation, and delivery of the Project HSE Plan(s)
- Supervises, coordinates and monitors HSE performance on projects
- Assists project management team(s) in defining its HSE resource

- Identifies and co-ordinates worksite deployed HSE personnel
- Ensure HSEQ capitalizes from Lessons Learned and is performed in
- Under best practice, striving to mitigate risk, promoting safety and integrity consistently
- Contribute to the professional development of the HSE Function

**KEY QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE**:

- Professional qualifications in either of the HSE disciplines or similar
- Qualified and experienced Auditor, recommended - Subsea operations knowledge.
- Relevant previous experience at an appropriate level in the Subsea or offshore environment
