- The Orange Door (TOD) brings together workforces from Community Service Organisations, Aboriginal Services, Family Safety Victoria and DFFH, to deliver an integrated practice model and consolidated intake points for:_
- _Women, children, young people and families who are experiencing or have experienced family violence_
- _People who use violence_
- _Families requiring support with the care, development and wellbeing of unborn babies, infants, children and young people_

As a Team Leader, you will provide leadership, coordination and mentoring support to a team of Practitioners and Senior Practitioners within the Orange Door with a focus on maintaining positive team culture, to empower staff in a fast paced, high demand environment. The role will work in partnership with the Orange Door Leadership team to develop and implement a high quality, client focused service response for families in need. Within the integrated model, the Team Leader will also establish and maintain collaborative relationships with partner organisations and agencies across the broader service system.
- Minimum Mandatory Qualifications Requirements: Relevant tertiary qualification in social work, psychology and/or related degree with substantial experience; or associate diploma level with substantial experience in the relevant service stream; or be willing to undertake further study in the next 5 years to meet minimum qualifications as per Recommendation 209 of The Royal Commission into Family Violence.
- Current Victorian driver licence.
- Latrobe Community Health Service complies with infectious disease control and immunisation requirements under legislation. This position is classified as a Health Care Worker B. Evidence of immunisation history must be provided prior to confirmed appointment.
- A valid employee Working With Children Check will be required to be obtained and or supplied before appointment.
