We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and energetic planning professional to join the ALB (Asahi Lifestyle Beverages) Demand planning team. In this exciting role you will manage the Demand Planning process, with the output being a robust, consensus driven, rolling 24-month forecast. You will coordinate the demand planning process through the monthly alignment and consensus process to critique, analyse and provide integrated understanding. We are on the hunt for someone with both great analytical skills but can also lead, influence, and negotiate with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure business outcomes are met.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the design, development, and implementation of the monthly IBP. Demand meetings, providing visibility and communication on sales, demand and supply.
- Preparation of inputs and analysis to facilitate sales plan (forecast) development through the Demand Review, over a 24 month planning horizon.
- Supports and works closely with key stakeholders to ensure demand plan alignment with business strategies.
- Educates cross-functional partners on the IBP Demand process and engages them in the ongoing process as appropriate.
- Facilitates strategic decisions on issue resolution and gap closing to plans.
- Ensure close working relationship with Sales & Strategy managers to validate assumptions.
- Collect and collate all relevant data from commercial, marketing and supply chain (actual/ forecasted sales, production capacities, inventory volumes in the distribution chain, marketing and consumer information).
- Ensure monthly alignment process is running effectively.
- Design, develop and implement the weekly Demand process, providing visibility and communication on sales, demand, supply and customer service through the short-term planning horizon.
- Support new products, NPD gate process where necessary.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement of the demand planning process and outcomes.

**About You**
- Experience in a Demand / Inventory or Production related role in an FMCG environment.
- Strong analytical capability - advance excel.
- Stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Strong communication skills written and verbal, presentation skills.
- Excellent time management with a keen eye for detail.
- An organised approach to planning in advance.
- An enthusiastic go-getter who works well under pressure.
- Precious experience using forecasting systems desirable (IBP/JDA/APO).
