**The Role**
- Opportunity to develop and implement new demand planning procedures
- Opportunities for growth and development
- Up to $1000 to any study undertaken that will support role and development in the first 2 years of employment.
- 1x Supply Chain conference anywhere on the east coast of Australia in 1st 12 months of employment
- Opportunity for working remotely
**Skills & Experience**
You will be a pragmatic, engaging and personable Demand Planner with a passion for systems, processes and attention to detail. To be successful in this role you will have:
- Demonstrated experience in a Demand Planning position ideally coupled with tertiary qualifications in
a relevant discipline
- Previous exposure to working within a Distribution, Retail or Import/Export organisation or equally fast
paced and agile industry;
- A strong communication style and the ability to build rapport quickly across internal and external
stakeholders; and a keen eye for process improvement, strong systems experience and the ability to work autonomously
to meet deadlines; and a team focused approach to your work and motivation to contribute to wider business goals.
- Must have S+OP/IBP experience within a mature organisation. Must have excellent excel skills and must have Supply Chain Planning software experience, specifically Netstock would be beneficial but not mandatory.
