**About the role**
DuluxGroup has significant growth ambitions, this a brilliant opportunity for you to embark on the journey with us. As a Demand Planner, you will engage with various stakeholders across the business and will be able to make an impact by delivering solutions in the demand management process.
The role is in our paint & coatings business unit and is focused on the Porter's Paints and Avista portfolio selling to retail and trade customers.
You will create and maintain demand forecast models ensuring continuous supply of products to customers. You will play a crucial role in identifying and implementing improvement solutions.

The role is based in our Clayton head office.
**Responsibilities**
- Generate and lead all forecasting activities in collaboration with commercial stakeholders
- Creates and maintain demand forecast models employing appropriate techniques & tools to gather information from multiple sources and segment these into different avenues
- Lead monthly demand review meetings; identifying opportunities, risks and mitigation activities
- Collaborate with the supply planning team to ensure product availability to meet future demand
- Coordinate monthly S&OP process and meetings to drive continuous improvement.

**Skills & Experience**
- Demonstrated experience working in a similar environment/role
- Understanding of S&OP process, supply & inventory management practices and procedures
- Advanced analytical, numerical and Excel skills to utilise data and reporting to enable data-driven insights
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy of data
- The ability to seek out improvements and drive process enhancements
- SAP Integrated Business Planning (SAP IBP) experience preferred but not essential
