About the Role

Join a well known call centre in Wollongong where you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from new and existing Simply Energy customers. There will be no scary cold calls In this role, the customers come to you.

Key Details:
- Customer Service and Inbound Sales- Multiple permanent full-time position available- Operating hours Monday to Friday 7am to 7pm | No weekend work- Rotating roster released 2 weeks in advance- 2 weeks full time paid training + 2 weeks access to additional support while you’re settling in- Easy access via public transport (free bus across the road) and walking distance to parking
