**Description**:
About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from new and existing Simply Energy customers. If you are growth-focused and seeking a dynamic sales career - join our team and we will help you to build a career with us

What you will be doing.

Handle inbound and outbound contacts (as required) within the required time frame
Meet required standards of quality
Adhere to the schedule to achieve the required target
Other KPI’s as required

If you’re interested, here is what you need to know.

Operating hours Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 7:15 pm (rotating roster)
Two weeks of training(9 am-5 pm)paid.
Rotating roster released 2 weeks in advance
Performance-based commissions on a monthly basis

Freshers are welcome, some previous experience in sales and customer services (bonus point)
Ability to listen attentively, solve problems creatively, and create a positive experiences for new and existing simply energy customers.
Confidently handle customer enquiries
Navigate through multiple systems whilst maintaining Customer engagement on the phone
Be as passionate as we are about providing exceptional customer experiences
