Project Manager – Strata

Waratah Strata, part of Beaumont Property Group, is a trusted name in strata and property services across Sydney. We are seeking a Project Manager to deliver major building projects for our Owners Corporations, ensuring compliance, strong communication, and quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage remedial, fire order, defect, and other large-scale building projects from initiation to completion
  • Prepare scopes of work, obtain tenders, and present clear recommendations to clients
  • Liaise with contractors, consultants, and legal representatives to resolve issues
  • Ensure projects comply with NSW legislation and WHS requirements
  • Track budgets, progress claims, and variations in consultation with committees
  • Provide regular reporting and updates to Owners Corporations and the General Manager

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience in project management (construction, building consultancy, facilities, strata/property)
  • Knowledge of compliance, safety legislation, and the NSW Strata Schemes Management Act (or ability to acquire quickly)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to read and administer construction contracts
  • Certificate IV in Project Management or higher (desirable)
  • Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred but not essential)
  • Current NSW Driver's Licence and satisfactory police clearance
