**_What You Can Expect Day-to-Day_**

While no one day is the same, the following are the core duties of the role:

- Execute firm visual identity, which includes collateral & presentations
- Maintain and grow digital assets to ensure our website, advertising, flyers, & content are up to date & on point
- Assist in the creation and editing of written, video, & photo content
- Create compelling & market-leading copy & content for our website, EDMs, & online advertising
- Event coordination & event attendance
- Support & develop strategic marketing initiatives & activities
- Briefing third-party suppliers
- Build strong mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers & agencies
- Support the team with copywriting, proofreading, & editing
- Assist with the launch of new product developments
- Social media management, including artwork, copy, & organic growth initiatives
- Assist, support & develop engaging & creative content solutions that drive database acquisition, engagement, traffic, & conversions

**_What it Takes _**

We are looking for a skilled, detailed, marketing-savvy coordinator who wants to grow with us.

This position requires working in South Melbourne Location 3205- Melbourne Victoria

Minimum Requirement:

- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- 4-5+ years of industry experience
- Strong organisational & communication skills
- Robust graphic & technical skills
- A passion for health & wellness & helping others lead better lives
- Creative copywriting skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Basic Adobe Photoshop &/or Canva abilities
- Exceptional time management skills with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team

Preferred:

- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Adobe Suite, Project Management Tools, Business Manager, Microsoft suite, ActiveCampaign,
- Familiarity with CMS Such as WordPress and Shopify
