**THE ROLE**

This is an exciting opportunity for a result focused sales professional who enjoys providing exceptional customer service and advice in a high-end retail environment. Join our already successful team and be part of the new face of Australia's leading tile group.

As a member of the Beaumont Tiles Studio team, you will be part of our sales team dealing with the general public as well as interior designers, architects and builders. You will be involved in selection consultations and previews, whilst also maintaining the look and feel of the showroom space. You will engage our customers with enthusiasm and always maintain an impeccable sense of professionalism and style.

***To be successful in this role you will possess:

- Experience in retail sales and or related industry experience
- Proven ability achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Merchandising experience
- Mature and self-directed approach to problem solving
- Good rapport building and influencing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Technology savvy and administrative skills
