An exciting opportunity currently exists for an enthusiastic **Cardiology Administration Lead **to join our **Cardiology Department.**

**The Cardiology Department is responsible for the provision of an extensive range of cardiac services to inpatients and outpatients including general cardiology, heart failure, echocardiography, cardiac catheterisation and interventional procedures and non-invasive diagnostic procedures.**

**Details of position/position requirements**:

- Responsible for the administrative and clerical functions within the Department of Cardiology.
- Responsible for assisting the Director, Deputy Director and all Heads of Service (Non-invasive Imaging, Electrophysiology, Cath Lab, Heart Failure, Structural Intervention) with any secretarial or administrative support required.
- To work in collaboration with the administrative and broader cardiology team to ensure the efficient and effective running of the Cardiology office.

- Demonstrated secretarial and administration experience
- Customer service experience
- Ability to problem solve
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated high degree of professionalism and confidentiality
- Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple tasks and issues simultaneously
- Strong computer skills with intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Attention to detail
- Demonstrated initiative and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and reliability
- Demonstrated organisational and time management skills
