Spa Clubs is searching for a self-motivated, fun people focused club manager who can help our business grow within our Goolwa and Victor Harbor location. You will be able to network and build lasting relationships with our members, staff, and local business owners, while constantly looking at ways to increase our club culture and membership sales.

A supervisory role where your primary role is team building, mentoring the team, and inspiring people. You will ensure all aspects of the club are running well, ensuring members are happy with the club and service, equipment, and facilities are functioning optimally. Your responsibilities include working with a broad member base and a capable staff team and reporting to the general manager.

The successful applicant will be for all things social, group focus, and love being front of house. You will share our vision and passion and have an unwavering commitment to offering exceptional member outcomes, inspiring them to achieve incredible things, and providing supervision and training to all new and existing staff.

This role is integral to Spa Clubs' success and is responsible for forging a successful relationship with our members, Group Fitness, and Staff.

Skills required
- Ability to multitask, Strong organisation skills with the ability to priorities
- Provide exceptional customer service and communication skills to members to positively impact member retention
- Attract new memberships and coordinate efforts with local area marketing and advertising plans.
- Ensure all parts of the facility are meeting cleaning standards.
- Maintenance of the facility
