We are seeking an energetic, highly organised individual to take on the role of Club
Administrator on a part time basis of 30 hours per week.

Secret Harbour Surf Life Saving Club is the focal point of surf lifesaving activities within the City of Rockingham, providing beach patrol services to Secret Harbour Beach and other swimming beaches within the City. We are a Not for Profit organisation governed by a volunteer Board of Management located in a modern building right on the beach with ample free parking and facilities.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Working collaboratively with the Board of Management, members and volunteers.
- Assist with the financial management and accounting of the Clubs funds.
- Maintaining and monitoring, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
- Scheduling, preparation and minute taking for Board meetings
- Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
- Managing the club facilities, stationery requirements, external contractors, and suppliers and working closely with building management
- Human Resources and Payroll
- Internal and external stakeholder management.
- Management of office staff
- General administration duties as required.

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- Prior demonstrated experience working with a not for profit board is a bonus, but not a necessity
- An optimistic attitude with a strong sense of initiative.
- Highly developed verbal and written skills.
- A strong attention to detail, and ability to be thorough.
- Excellent skills across Microsoft's suite of products, Excel, MYOB and Canva
- Ability to work autonomously and under pressure
- A strong client/member focus and excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence
- Experience managing social media platforms
- Strong planning & organising ability and a penchant for problem solving.
- Working with Children Check
- Police Clearance

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
