**About the role**

To support our success we are looking for an Interation Lead to join the Technology Delivery, Member Solutions team based in Brisbane.

The Iteration Lead is responsible for the end-to-end coordination of squad deliverables within an Agile development team.

This role will coordinate work requirements and interactions from multiple business analysts across multiple business units and projects, while facilitating daily development team activities under the direction of a Delivery Manager, in line with the team’s objectives for their sprint.

The Iteration Lead will be pivotal in the delivery lifecycle by providing reports, leading sprint activities, and addressing roadblocks. The ability to communicate effectively in a team environment will be essential when maintaining transparency and keeping teams on track. This role will also provide mentoring and leadership to team members on Agile Practices and Rituals.

**About you**

If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications will include:

- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, IT or other related field, or equivalent work experience
- Demonstrated experience managing schedules, timelines and agile teams to ensure that deliverables are delivered on time, within budget and meeting quality standards
- Exemplary verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Strong listening, negotiating and influencing skills
- Proven knowledge of contemporary system testing methodologies, strategies, practices and procedures.
- Understanding of User Stories as a requirements gathering approach
- Proven ability to effectively plan, prioritise and manage multiple and competing activities to deliver IT services to meet business expectations
- Demonstrable knowledge of one or more Software Development Lifecycles (SAFe, SCRUM, Agile, Lean, Prince 2 Methodologies)
- Hands on experience using Agile processes, tools and technologies to deliver software products
- Demonstrated experience in communicating effectively with various stakeholders and all levels of management.
