We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Assistant Director (Program/Policy) who is passionate about driving positive change in health care policies and programs, and driving systems reform that positively affect indigenous communities.

As a senior member of a national Non-Profit Organisation, you will have the opportunity to play an integral role in advocating for self-determination and creating a lasting national impact on a range of critical issues, from chronic disease management to social determinants of health.

You will work on national programs and best of all, will get to be a part of the implementation and community impact of your contributions.

**_Does your background suit this role?_**
Your experience in the management of program grant activities will help you succeed in this role. You’re a collaborative leader, with a holistic and collaborative approach to program management and are able to proactively build, grow and nurture stakeholder relationships.

Your background in Policy, Grants, and/or Project Management will be vital. Moreover, a background across medical/health related organisations and/or Community Services sector will help you hit the ground running.

Tertiary qualifications in project management or policy are highly desirable.
