Dragonfly is hiring a PM Operations Supervisor for our delivery hub in Derrimut. This is an amazing opportunity to be a part of something truly game-changing
- Roster: 1:00 pm - 9:00 pm
- This roster works a lifestyle-friendly 7-day fortnight.

What does it take to be successful?
- 3+ years’ experience in a leadership position, working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the transportation and freight industry is a huge asset.
- Ability to adapt to changes, work in a fast-paced changing environment and problem solver.
- Tech savvy and willing to learn new and evolving systems.
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication, written and spoken.

Now, you’re probably asking yourself, what will I be doing in this position?
- Reporting to the Station Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all activities related to parcel sorting, route allocation and monitoring of existing processes and procedures.
- Maintain safety & security of the premises & people.
- In collaboration with the Station Manager, participate in the development of processes and procedures.
- Real-time tracking of deliveries and, if necessary, finding effective solutions to ensure they are on time and properly delivered.
- Ensure safe working methods at all times and processes.
- Keep accurate and thorough notes in daily logbooks.
- Develop and maintain solid working relationships with employees and Delivery Partners.
- Provide ongoing support, coaching & leadership to all team members.
- Respond to urgent matters as required.
- Complete timesheets and submit to the Station Manager daily.
- Implement training or action plans when required.
- Always maintain a professional & high-quality service-oriented environment.
