- About the roles:

- Employment Plus is seeking to recruit passionate and team focused individuals to join our Workforce Australia Claims team based at Burwood, Melbourne.
- Our Claims and Outcomes Consultants will contribute to the success of Employment Plus by:
- Ensuring accurate verification and compliance checks are completed for claims and wage subsidies across multiple employment programs-
- Raise claims within the Workforce Australia Online for Providers system in accordance with guidelines and timeframes-
- Manage evidence requirements in support of claims and wage subsidies-
- Build and maintain effective relationships with employers that receive wage subsidies once cross training is provided.- Who you are:

- You’re someone with a passion for helping people, that enjoys supporting our participants and employers in achieving their goals. A team player with an easy engaging style and a passion for learning. You like the idea of developing your career in our employment business.
- Ideally you have experience in employment services, preferably JobActive and/or Workforce Australia contract. Exposure to outcomes and wage subsidies and operating systems ECSN, ESS & WFAOP. However just as important is your enthusiasm for learning as excellent training will be required.
- You will bring excellent communication and solid Office 365 skills. Demonstrated numeracy skills and enjoy working in a team environment is also important.
