Due to significant growth, we’re seeking a talented, highly motivated and passionate People & Culture Manager to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in an exciting high growth business as we roll out our national and international expansion plans.
**Responsibilities are varied and include;**
- Developing and leading the implementation of a People and Culture strategy to maximise employee engagement and improve business performance.
- Delivering frameworks, tools, and consulting for best practise organisational change.
- Work with CEO and Executive Leadership Team on current & future resource planning requirements.
- Managing all recruitment, onboarding, and induction successfully.
- Manage all employment contracts in line with latest legislation.
- Drive our employee benefits programs and culture building initiatives.
- Coaching and assisting the Executive Leadership Team on strategy implementation within their departments with accountability for performance and reporting.
- Reviewing and enhancing People and Culture policies, programs, and practices to support strategic transformation.
- Act as a sounding board, mentor, and facilitator to all our employed workforce.
- Participation as part of the Executive Leadership Team and actively collaborating with all departments.
- Providing timely and accurate reporting to the CEO and Board.
- Business and or HR Degree/Diploma
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a senior HR position
- Strong leadership, mentoring, coaching and management skills
- Exceptional communication and listening skills with a passion for people and development
- Industry related experience preferred but not essential
- Strategy development and execution skills
- Microsoft Office proficient
- Exceptional communication and written skills
- Executive reporting experience
- Fair Work Australia / Employment Legislative
- A focus on continuous improvement with personal accountability and ownership

This role is based from our HQ based in Rosebery, NSW and may require interstate and overseas travel to support the expansion of the business.
