**Job Summary**
We're looking for a People & Culture Generalist who's passionate about creating unforgettable employee experiences, shaping vibrant culture and scaling high-performing teams. You'll be the right-hand to our Head of People & Culture and a go-to person for our amazing team across Australia, USA and Brazil

**Key Responsibilities**
- Drive the Employee Lifecycle by supporting all stages of the People & Culture journey, from onboarding and growth milestones to offboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for every team member
- Celebrate and Support Milestones by coordinating key employee events including promotions, parental leave, anniversaries and performance reviews. Ensuring they're meaningful, well communicated and executed with care
- Take Ownership of Our People Systems by expertly managing our HRIS and ensuring employee records, contracts and documentation are consistently accurate, compliant and up to date. Your sharp attention to detail keeps our people's data reliable, audit-ready and ready to power smart decision-making.
- Champion Engagement and Recognition by contributing to the design and delivery of internal communications, employee engagement programs and recognition initiatives that keep our culture strong and our people motivated.
- Partner with leaders by collaborating with managers to implement best practices across performance management, feedback, wellbeing and employee development.
- Maintain Compliance by monitoring and maintaining compliance across policies, learning systems and procedures, supporting a safe and responsible workplace.
- Streamline and Scale by identifying opportunities to enhance processes and systems, helping the People & Culture team scale efficiently as we grow.
- Elevate Internal Communications to support the flow of timely, clear and culture-aligned internal messaging across the business.
- Live Our Values actively by promoting and uphold the company's core values in every initiative and interaction, serving as a culture ambassador within the business.
- Be the Backbone of the Team by providing day-to-day administrative support to the People & Culture function
- Deliver Actionable Insights by preparing accurate reports, dashboards and compliance documentation to support strategic decision-making.
- Promote Wellbeing & Inclusion through contributing to health, safety, wellbeing and diversity initiatives that ensure an inclusive and thriving workplace for all.
- Leverage HR Data to identify trends and support improvements in engagement, retention and recruitment by collecting and analysing employee feedback and performance metrics.
**Qualifications & Requirements**
- 2-3 years in a people & culture or HR generalist role, you've seen what good looks like and you're ready to elevate it
- A sharp eye for detail, ninja-level organisation skills and a love for juggling multiple priorities
- Warm, confident communication style you can connect with anyone and build trust across all levels
- Total discretion and professionalism with confidential matters
- A Bachelor's in HR, Business, or something relevant and even more importantly, a growth mindset
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (bonus points for Notion expertise)
- Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and HR tools
- A genuine passion for creating inclusive, people-first cultures that drive results
