Test Manager ERP (Techone OR Aurion) role with Long term Contract. You must have Baseline security Clearance

**Your new company**
This Federal Government client is an executive agency of the Australian Government, responsible for protecting Australia’s natural environment and heritage sites. They help Australia respond to climate change and carefully manage our water and energy resources.

**Your new role**
Department is seeking a 5+ years experienced Test Manager to join the agile project in a fast-paced dynamic environment. Previous experience with testing in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) - (SAP to TechnologyOne or SAP to Aurion) is essential. The project is to establish a new ERP suite of systems for the Department driven by recent Machinery of Government change
- Work closely with the ERP Project team to support the data migration
- Manage and review the development of the test strategy
- Be accountable for the quality test plans, test documentation, test estimates and test schedule for the project
- Be responsible in managing the testing team, coordinating, and resolving project issues
- Develop effective working relationships with key stakeholders
- Manage testing artefacts in Azure DevOps.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Test Manager with strong skills and experience in complex systems, large scale agile projects including experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) projects and supporting data migration and system upgrades of TechnologyOne, SAP or Aurion Systems.
- Demonstrated strong leadership and management skills with proven ability to quickly earn the trust of team members and key stakeholders (internally and externally); set direction and approach; resolve conflict; and execute with limited information.
- Excellent inter-personnel skills with demonstrated ability to communicate at all levels (orally and written) with proven negotiation, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated experience in the design of business scenarios, development of test requirements, traceability matrix, scripts and delivery of Business Fit for Purpose and User Acceptance Testing.
- Experience in, defining tools, techniques and processes to enable technical and non-functional testing to include ability to use industry standard software testing tools (Azure DevOps and TOSCA).
