**Overview of role**:
We are looking for a Project Support Officer to join our team. This role provides critical administrative and logístical support to the Lead Project Manager, ensuring the smooth delivery of projects. Your responsibilities will include preparing and maintaining project documentation, monitoring financial elements, assisting with project evaluations, and tracking resource allocation. You will also support stakeholder communications, manage project risks, and help ensure compliance with safety regulations.
**Key responsibilities**:

- Assisting with the delivery of assigned projects, ensuring they meet specifications and objectives.
- Supporting project reporting, evaluations, investigations, and feasibility analyses through data and documentation management.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including financial records, and managing purchase orders, invoices, and other financial processes.
- Tracking resource allocation and availability to promote efficient resource management.
- Collaborating with stakeholders and managing their expectations as directed.
- Assisting in identifying and managing project risks while supporting business improvements.
- Promoting a safe and sustainable work environment by adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Coordinating training and updates to ensure the team remains current with professional standards.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Proven experience in preparing clear and concise correspondence, reports, and project updates.
- Strong ability to analyse project data, track progress, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Experience in supporting project teams and collaborating with stakeholders.
