The Opportunity

Our Integrated Soldier Systems Branch Team is seeking an established Project Support Specialist to assist in the development, coordination and establishment of a test site for our Land159 (Lethality Program) customer. Other responsibilities include:
Deconfliction of range access

Coordination of access for external stakeholders and defence parties supporting project activities

Coordination of timings and attendance of key stakeholders

Coordination of any post test site remediation and/or actions

Required Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge

Project Support Specialist with demonstrated experience within Defence Industry.

Ability to coordinate and manage schedules.

Strong demonstrated internal and external stakeholder engagement skills.

Demonstrated experience managing facilities or sites.

Familiarity with CASG documentation and artefacts (ASDEFCON, Defence Procurement Policy Manual etc.)

This role

requires a current Baseline Security Clearance and

is based at Joint Proof and Experimental Unit (JPEU) Graytown (approximately 2 hours north of Melbourne CBD).
