Customer Service Officer

Key Responsibilities:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Process high volume of domestic & export customer orders entering them into company ERP system
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, freight forwarders / shipping lines to provide timely logistics
- Create export commercial invoice, bill of lading & documentation
- Investigate & process credit & warranty claims
- Provide general product information across a broad product portfolio
- Highly team orientated working across multiple departments to provide timely response to customer enquiries
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Result oriented & process driven to enhance service efficiency
- Fully adhere to company EOH&S policies and practices
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplementary Pay:
- Performance bonus
Application Question(s):
- Experience in Customer Service, Sales Service or Retail role
- Proven ability to work well in a busy environment and with strict time constraints
- Competency in Microsoft Office suite, Word, Excel and ERP system
- Proven ability in a professional environment to have attention to detail, and to pass on information with clarity and accuracy
- Proven computer skills
- Experience or qualification in areas such as IT, welding, engineering or technical service is highly desirable for this role

- Diploma (required)
**Experience**:
- Customer service: 5 years (preferred)
