We currently have a full time or part-time customer and administration role for a self-motivated and highly positive person to join our small friendly office team in Preston.

We are an Office Furniture Retailer and Manufacturer with a full showroom, office and factory on the one site specialising in all aspects of Business Furniture.
You will bring excellent customer service / administration skills and general administration duties working in an Factory Office Environment.

DUTIES will include but not be limited to:

- Daily Ordering from Suppliers using MYOB accounting Software
- Invoicing customers using MYOB
- Customer Service and enquiries
- Booking of all interstate consignments to be picked up
- Resolving and coordinating interstate Freight and warranty matters
- Liaise with delivery drivers and freight companies
- Greet customers and assist with sales enquiries
- Complete a morning check of picked orders before they leave for site delivery and installation
- Daily Checking of incoming orders and outgoing freight orders in warehouse
- Liaise with suppliers to confirm stock availability
- Paying Monthly Utility Bills

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

In order for you to be successful for this role you must possess the following skills & experience:

- Professional telephone manner and communication skills.
- Honesty, reliability and punctuality.
- Display enthusiasm to learn new skills.
- Have the ability to self-manage, prioritise and multi-task effectively.
- Possess MYOB experience (desirable but not essential)
- Display a high degree of accuracy and good attention to detail.
- Be self-motivated and highly organised.
- Some sales experience but not essential
- Possess MYOB experience (desirable but not essential)

This is a permanent Full time position or Part Time of 4 days or on offer. Working days is totally flexible with an immediate start.

**Salary**: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
