**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**ICT Customer Service Officer**

As an ICT Customer Service Officer at **Fulgo Mobile**, you will play a vital role in ensuring efficient technical support and high-quality service delivery to customers and internal users. You will act as the first point of contact for all ICT-related inquiries, resolving issues, maintaining user satisfaction, and contributing to the organization’s digital infrastructure. Your focus will be on support ticket resolution, user education, system troubleshooting, and maintaining ICT service standards across the company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide first-level ICT support to internal users and customers, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
- Troubleshoot computer systems, mobile devices, operating systems, internet connectivity, and communication platforms.
- Assist in the configuration, maintenance, and updating of ICT equipment and user accounts.
- Educate users on ICT tools, best practices, and cybersecurity awareness to reduce recurring issues.
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex problems efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of support requests, solutions, and system updates.
- Contribute to ICT documentation, including user manuals, FAQs, and internal procedures.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes by preparing and recovering ICT assets for new and departing staff.
- Monitor ICT systems for performance issues and assist in system upgrades or routine maintenance tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in ICT support role (2+ years preferred).
- Familiarity with IT service management tools, basic networking, and device configuration.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL, Microsoft Certified) are an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
