**Description**:
About the role
You will support people exiting homelessness through individually tailored, outcomes-focused case management. You’ll be part of a passionate team using housing-first principles and trauma-informed care to support wellbeing, self-determination, and long-term housing stability.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building trust, navigating complex systems, and making a tangible difference in people’s lives.
Deliver creative, robust case management to people transitioning from homelessness
Support individuals using strengths-based, trauma-informed, and recovery-oriented approaches
Advocate for clients and remove barriers to services and long-term housing
Build strong stakeholder relationships to support wraparound care
Collect and analyse data to inform service improvements and contribute to strategic reporting
Help shape sector-leading practices aligned with Housing First principles
About the team
The Customer Services division is central to delivering responsive, resident-focused services that foster safe, inclusive, and supportive housing communities. We design and implement housing services that prioritise resident wellbeing, accessibility, and satisfaction, utilising customer insights to inform continuous improvement. It ensures residents receive personalised support aligned with their diverse needs, enhancing quality of life and community connection.
**Skills and Experiences**:
About you
**You will have**:
Relevant qualifications in social work, community services, mental health, or similar
A collaborative, person-centred approach with strong emotional intelligence
Confidence in intensive case coordination and assertive engagement
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with program reporting, audits, or compliance
You must agree to undergo any required employment screening, including but not limited to a National Criminal History or Police Check, Working with Children or Vulnerable Persons Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
