**About the role -**Maximum Term Full Time Contract until 30**th** June 2027**
As a Case Manager in our Youth Accommodation program, you’ll support young people at risk of homelessness in Southern Adelaide. Working within a trauma-informed, culturally safe framework, you’ll provide personalised case management, connect clients to vital services, and help them build a path toward stability and independence. - Key responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:_
- Providing individualised, trauma-informed case management to young people at risk of or experiencing homelessness.
- Coordinating referrals and linking clients with housing, health, education, and other essential support services.
- Maintaining accurate case notes, reports, and data in line with program requirements.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver integrated and culturally safe support.
**About you**:
You’re a compassionate and committed professional with strong communication and relationship-building skills, able to engage young people from diverse backgrounds using a trauma-informed and culturally safe approach. You remain calm under pressure, manage complex situations with empathy and sound judgment, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can balance a dynamic caseload, maintain accurate records, and work collaboratively to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
- You will also have the following skills and experience: _
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Services (e.g., Social Work, Youth Work, Psychology, Community Development) or Diploma in the related field of study
- Extensive relevant experience maybe considered in lieu of qualifications
- Experience working with Young People and their families
- Experience working with Aboriginal people and communities in the provision of support services
