**Your new company**
This global innovative company that are a leader in their industry are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Operations Coordinator to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. This role will commence ASAP and will be based in their Milton offices.
**Your new role**
Working with the client experience and operational excellence teams you will:
- Identify and deliver business process improvement and efficiencies
- Working with the Client Experience team to ensure all information and data management is completed efficiently and effectively
- Manage systems administration across franchise officers
- Maintain business operational process artifacts, including process maps and information documents, operation manuals and procedures
- Ensure adherence to legislative, regulatory and compliance obligations.
- Administer contracts or agreements with franchise stakeholders and service provides
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Demonstrated experience in an administration role
- Experience in reviewing business processes to identify areas for improvement
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage win collaborative relationships
