**The Opportunity**:
Our Scheduling Specialist is responsible for the delivery of innovative, accurate and efficient rostering and quality services that focus on supports to ensure reliable and consistent service delivery to customers.

**You will**:

- Ensure rostering and scheduling of services is logístically sound, efficient and effective use of staffing resources.
- Attend to day-to-day rescheduling to cover unplanned changes.
- Maintain a person-centred approach to rostering while considering a balance between the needs and wishes of the individual and their support networks.
- Ensure suitable match of support worker skills/personality is implemented when filling customer support rosters.
- Participate in regular program specific reviews and audits to identify improvements in service delivery.

**Who we’re looking for**:

- Extensive experience in scheduling or rostering staff.
- Ability to manage high volume rostering requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment to effectively plan and organise the service delivery requirements of a changing customer base.
- Demonstrated excellent time management and organisational skills and an ability prioritise work tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to work in an environment which is frequently changing and has high customer expectations and competing priorities.
- Ability to work to a deadline.
- Demonstrated high level computer literacy across MS Office products and specifically rostering software packages.
- Well-developed communication skills (written, verbal and listening) including high level.
- Ability to maintain a positive and respectful attitude especially when competing demands and time pressures are high.
- Knowledge of the SCHADS Award.
- Experience in a Disability and/or Health environment.
