Ideal Applicant will demonstrate:

- Experience in the following areas; enteral nutrition, using hoists, and assisting with medication and self-care.
- Professional commitment to providing exceptional support to our elderly community.
- A passion to strive to identify the aims and ambitions of the people we support.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the capacity to work closely with elderly people.
- Ability to work on your own or as part of a team.
- Have a belief that people should live their best life and support them to do so.

Role related tasks
- Assist to the personal care and daily living needs of people we support.
- Provide opportunities for active participation, connection and contribution for the participants within their home and local community.
- Contribute to a high quality of life alongside people we support.
- Contribute to written documentation as required and within a high standard.

**Requirements**:

- Willingness to participate in ongoing learning and training
- Hold a minimum cert 3 in individual or ageing support
- Hold and maintain a current unrestricted motor vehicle license.
- First Aid and CPR Certificate.
- Have the required education or experience.
- Willing to submit to Criminal History Screening.
- Our workers will be required to provide evidence of Covid-19 vaccination status if required by Public Health Direction.
