About the exciting opportunity:
- Full time
 - Provide general administrative duties at our 134-bed aged care facility in Kiama
 - Report into the Director of Nursing
 - Update, coordinate and distribute a fortnightly roster for staff
 - Manage timesheets and leave applications and arrange cover for employee absences
 - Facilitate a welcoming environment where high standards of customer service are consistently delivered
 - Manage the home's filing system, including the archiving process
 - Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of information management

About you:
- Successful track record as an Administration Officer, ideally in a fast-paced health care environment
 - Previous experience with rostering and payroll support
 - Strong computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Humanforce or a similar rostering system
 - Friendly, delivers excellent customer service, and works well in a team environment as well as independently
 - Proactive, demonstrates initiative, has strong organisational skills and able to multi-task
 - NDIS Worker Screening Check, Police Clearance and Influenza vaccination (or willing to obtain)
