With offices across Australia, they provide a comprehensive range of audit, tax, advisory and consulting services to clients in multiple industries.

**The Role**:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified auditor to join our client's team as an Audit Assistant Manager in Hobart, Tasmania. You will work alongside experienced managers and directors, collaborating on the delivery of high-quality audit projects for a diverse portfolio of clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Leading planning and executing audit engagements under the guidance of managers and directors
- Conducting risk assessments and developing effective audit strategies
- Building relationships with clients and identifying opportunities to add value
- Managing and coaching junior team members
- Demonstrating technical knowledge and staying up to date with the latest industry standards
- Contributing to the development of the practice through business development activities

**Requirements**:

- Fully qualified auditor (CA, CPA or equivalent)
- Experience in auditing financial statements in accordance with Australian Accounting Standards and IFRS
- Solid understanding of risk management and control frameworks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and prioritize workload
- Willingness to travel to client sites across Tasmania
