**About the Opportunity**:
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to join a newly established Manufacturing Support team and play a strategic role in the evolution of Nuclear Medicine manufacturing at ANSTO. As a **Manufacturing Support Associate**, you will be instrumental in enhancing the safety, quality, risk, and compliance of our manufacturing systems and processes, working across a highly regulated and time-sensitive environment. You’ll collaborate across departments—including regulatory affairs, quality, safety, and engineering—to embed best practices, manage operational risk, and support a culture of continuous improvement. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complexity, enjoys cross-functional collaboration, and is ready to influence meaningful change in a mission-critical industry.

**About You**:
**Must Have**:

- Extensive experience in a manufacturing or operations environment
- Strong working knowledge of quality systems, regulatory compliance, and risk management frameworks
- Demonstrated expertise in incident investigation, root cause analysis and CAPA implementation
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive and structured approach
- High-level technical writing skills and proficiency in documentation and reporting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels

**Nice to have**:

- A broad background across multiple areas of manufacturing, demonstrating versatility and a holistic understanding of end-to-end manufacturing processes
- Qualifications in Lean Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
- Familiarity with Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) tools and risk registers
- Project management experience, including leading small teams or cross-functional initiatives
