**About the Opportunity**:
The Process Performance Associate is responsible for leading and managing the manufacturing process performance tasks for manufacturing operations within Nuclear Medicine. The Process Performance Associate will ensure performance robustness and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes, in line with the overall manufacturing strategy to support the safe, secure, and sustainable supply of Nuclear Medicine. You will focus on ensuring that Nuclear Medicine manufacturing processes are robust, validated, optimised and under effective control, and in accordance with compliance obligations and the expectations of our business, teams and customers.

**Must Have**:

Problem solving - leans into problems and enjoys coming up with practical solutions.

Communication - The ability to engage and present complex ideas to a non-specialist audience.

Technical ability - be able to understand technical concepts (engineering, chemistry, or physics) and use them to make informed decisions.

Technical writing - able to write technical reports that will be read by the wider business.

**Nice to Have**:
Influencing - able to engage with cross function staff to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

Validation experience - able to perform IQ/OQ/PQ. Able to write validation protocols and reports.

Manufacturing experience - experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
