YOUR ROLE

As the National Mid-Market Sales Manager you will lead and grow our Mid-Market Sales team across Australia and New Zealand. This is a unique dual role combining hands-on sales leadership with direct revenue responsibility, driving performance across both enterprise and government clients.
 

What You'll Do:

  • Inspire a high-performing team, shape go-to-market strategies, and take ownership of your own sales territory

  • Drive revenue and pipeline growth through effective go-to-market planning and execution.

  • Shape and review account plans, ensuring strong deal governance and Salesforce discipline.

  • Partner with marketing, solutions, and delivery teams to deliver seamless client experiences.

  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and sales excellence.

  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and execution.

  • Report performance, pipeline, and forecasts to senior leadership.
     

What You'll Bring:

  • Demonstrated success in mid-market sales, with proven leadership experience.

  • Strong track record in cybersecurity or technology sales across enterprise and government sectors.

  • Expertise in managing complex sales cycles and building high-performing teams.

  • Skilled communicator, motivator, and strategist with strong commercial acumen.

  • Advanced proficiency with Salesforce and commitment to data integrity.
