About the Role
Connectnow (an AGL owned business) is a free moving home service. If you’re moving home - Connectnow helps you find suppliers in your area and arrange services all at once. This service extends to connections for: electricity, gas, internet, phone, pay TV, and much more.
The connectnow business is looking to appoint an enthusiastic Training Lead to support all aspects of induction and upskill training facilitation, including change delivery in our connectnow contact centre.
Working under the direction of the Innovation Manager, you’ll play an integral part of a dynamic, energetic and fast-paced team.
You’ll liaise with leaders, colleagues and stakeholders to support the planning, development, delivery and evaluation of our training projects for new and existing employees.
Key accountabilities of this role- Deliver high quality Induction Training and any other training and development as required- Review and assess the effectiveness of training techniques, programs and materials- Ensure all materials delivered are current and accurate according to company policy and procedure and external legislation/guidelines- Working with various stakeholders, internal and external, to identify training needs
About You
You will have a passion for upskilling others and strong interpersonal skills. You will have proven success in driving, coordinating, and creating training initiatives in an operational business, having been visible and hands-on.- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or Certificate IV Workplace Training and Assessment is advantageous, but not required- Ability to work autonomously- Experience in delivery of onboarding/induction programmes and training courses to individuals and groups- Solid attention to detail and the ability to multi-task- Strong presentation and communication skills to commend an audience
